Matthew 9:35-38 describes Jesus
having compassion on people
because they were harassed and helpless like sheep without a shepherd and then commanding His disciples to pray earnestly for God to send out laborers. During the next month lets pray for God to give us 20/20 vision for the people in our communities as we walk and pray for Him to send out laborers into the harvest all around us.
